In early March, HELP Logistics collaborated with the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) in Ethiopia and the Ethiopian Ministry of Agriculture. The project focused on improving supply chain practises with farmer cooperatives in the Tigray Region. By enhancing practices such as procurement and delivery schedules, farmer cooperatives can reduce operational costs, increase incomes and improve livelihoods for rural Ethiopian farmers.
